The Gliding Federation of Australia
The GFA is the parent body for all gliding operations in Australia.
The West Australia Gliding Association
WAGA is the regional body of the GFA. It has responsibility for overseeing operations and airworthiness in Western Australia, it organises training for instructors, airworthiness inspectors and cross-country pilots and the annual State Gliding Competition.
It also facilitates collective action on promotion, funding and policy for the sport in WA and represents its members in its dealings with the State Government.
There are 6 Gliding Clubs in WA:

WA Squadron of the Airforce Cadets.
