Narrogin Airfield

Narrogin Airfield is about 5 nautical miles West of Narrogin
Silo. It comprises 2 strips, the main East-West sealed runway 10-28 and
the North-South unsealed runway 18-36. The new CTAF frequency is 134.0.
There are windsocks on both strips & a weather station on the main runway. It is controlled by the Narrogin Town Council and is the home base for both the Narrogin Gliding Club and Narrogin Flying Club. As well as a clubhouse and accommodation facilities, the Gliding Club has a large hangar for the Club Fleet, refueling facilities for the tug, a well equipped workshop and a modern briefing room. The private fleet is housed in T-hangars. |
